Return Policy

Standard Returns Policy

FILA Indonesia offers a 2 day Returns Policy. Customer can return the item(s) to us within 2 days of delivery if the item(s) is proved to be faulty. The item(s) should be returned to us in the original packaging and must be in their original condition with all tags intact. This return policy only applies to item(s) that purchased from website fila.co.id and FILA Indonesia's WhatsApp Business.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.

If the item(s) is outside of the returns period, or has been worn, soiled, washed or had the tags removed, customers are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

If customers wish to return an item(s) please follow the instructons below:

  • Inform our sales officer via WhatsApp at 0812-2026-450
  • Please include customer name, order number and photos of the item(s).
  • Repack the returned item(s) in the original packaging. Ensure to re-package the item(s) carefully so that it is not damages in transit. Any damaged item(s) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please ensure that to keep the proof of delivery receipt until the refund or exchange has been processed.

Cost of Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us. If the item is found to be faulty, or the incorrect item was delivered at no fault of the customer, then the cost of the return will be refunded.

Sale Items

Sale items is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Time of Exchange or Refund

We will endeavour to process the return as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive the returned item for the exchange to be processed or the refund to be credited to customer's account.

Lost Returns

Customers must obtain a receipt as proof of the return and keep this safe until the refund or exchange has been processed. FILA Indonesia strongly advise that customer use a tracked service for returns.

Claims for lost returns will be refused if customer cannot prove that the item has been sent back to the correct FILA Indonesia returns address.
